  **Løst – afsendelse af fakturaer fejler.**

Vi konstaterede desværre en fejl i går i forbindelse med afsendelse af PDF fakturaer.

Denne fejl er nu løst, men der kan være fakturaer, der ikke er sendt til kunden, fakturaerne blev nemlig printet i stedet for at blive sendt via mail, hvis man havde bogført en ordre med ean nummer.

Så hvis I har fakturaer, der er udskrevet på print, skal disse gensendes.

INFO: Fejlen opstod i forbindelse med at der er lavet en tilretning, så ved ean fakturering bliver den bogførte faktura nu medsendt til SPROOM. Fakturaen er vedhæftet som bilag i SPROOM.

### Resolved – sending invoices is not working.

Unfortunately, we noticed an error yesterday when sending PDF invoices.

This error has now been resolved, but there may be invoices that have not been sent to the customer, as the invoices were printed instead of being sent by email if an order with an EAN number had been posted.

So if you have invoices that have been printed out, these must be resent.

INFO: The error occurred in connection with an adjustment that was made so that, in the case of EAN invoicing, the posted invoice is now sent to SPROOM. The invoice is attached as an appendix in SPROOM..</p>

  Vi har desværre konstateret at der er en fejl i den release, der er udsendt i nat.

 Fejlen fremkommer hvis man har udsendt en elektronisk faktura, så vil en efterfølgende udsendelse af PDF-fakturaer fejle. De sendes til printeren i stedet for og bliver IKKE afsendt til kunden.

Vi har lokaliseret fejlen, men indtil I får en besked om at fejlen er rettet, skal vi bede jer om at undlade afsendelse af PDF fakturaer.

 Ved akut behov for fakturering i dag, så kontakt venligst DSM Supporten.

Unfortunately, we have discovered an error in the release sent out last night.

 The error occurs if you have sent an electronic invoice, in which case any subsequent PDF invoices will fail. They will be sent to the printer instead and will NOT be sent to the customer.

  I forbindelse med planlagte systemændringer hos **Norlys** natten til den 4\. december og natten til den 5\. december, kan nogle jer komme til opleve problemer med print fra DSM-systemet efterfølgende.

Det skyldes at jeres faste IP-adresse ændres natten til den 4\. december og natten til den 5\. december af Norlys. 

Print fra DSM-systemet vil først fungerer igen, efter vi har opdateret vores systemer og genetableret VPN-forbindelsen til jer.

  Vi har nu haft kontakt med alle, som har oplevet problemer med login via RDP eller at åbne DSM. 

Årsagen var en switch med fejl i vores datacenter, den havde vi styr på allerede 6.30 i morges. Det skabte desværre en lang række følgevirkninger, som vi har været i gang med at få håndteret.

Der kan stadig være enkelte følgevirkninger, som vi ikke har løst endnu. Vi har produceret et script, som vi har sat i gang, som skal sikre at vi fanger de sidste følgevirkninger og får dem løst.

Ny status i morgen kl. 8.00

We have now been in contact with everyone who has experienced problems logging in via RDP or opening DSM.

The cause was a faulty switch in our data center, which we had fixed as early as 6.30 this morning. Unfortunately, this created a large number of repercussions, which we have been in the process of dealing with.

There may still be some impacts that we haven&#039;t resolved yet. We have produced a script that we have put into action to ensure that we catch the last impacts and get them resolved.

New status tomorrow at 8.00 am.</p>

  Vi oplever i øjeblikket problemer med vores mobiltelefoner i JMA.

Vi har bemærket, at der for øjeblikket kan være problemer med at modtage og foretage opkald, hvor forbindelsen afbrydes efter blot 2-3 sekunder. Dette synes primært at påvirke iPhone-brugere, og vi arbejder hårdt på at løse denne situation.

Desværre har vi endnu ikke identificeret årsagen til dette problem, men teleleverandør arbejder intensivt på at løse det hurtigst muligt.

Vi vil gerne informere jer om en aktuel udfordring, der påvirker nogle af vores tjenester. Vores ene fiberforbindelse til vores datacenter er desværre blevet gravet over, hvilket har medført visse problemer for nogle af jer.

Nogle af vores kunder har rapporteret problemer med at printe fra deres Business Central, og enkelte oplever vanskeligheder med at oprette forbindelse til fjernskrivebordet. Vi beklager dybt de gener, dette måtte medføre for jer.

For at hjælpe jer med at fortsætte med at arbejde så problemfrit som muligt i denne periode, anbefaler vi følgende midlertidige løsninger:

### **Printproblemer fra Business Central:**
Hvis du har problemer med at printe fra Business Central, kan du forsøge at gemme de nødvendige dokumenter som PDF-filer og derefter printe dem fra en lokal printer.

### **Forbindelse til fjernskrivebord:**
Hvis du oplever problemer med at oprette forbindelse til fjernskrivebordet, kan du bruge en alternativ metode ved hjælp af en &quot;outside genvej.&quot; Kontakt vores supportteam for yderligere assistance med denne løsning.

Vi arbejder på højtryk for at få vores fiberforbindelse genetableret så hurtigt som muligt og beklager eventuelle ulejligheder, dette kan medføre. Vores tekniske team har allerede igangsat nødvendige reparationer, og vi forventer, at forbindelsen snart vil være fuldt funktionsdygtig igen.

Vi vil holde jer opdateret om udviklingen og give besked, så snart alle problemer er løst. I mellemtiden beder vi om jeres forståelse og tålmodighed.

  I en nylig opdatering på statussiden informerer Microsoft om, at deres team har arbejdet hårdt på at løse problemer med ClickOnce i Windows 10. Dette problem påvirker brugere af både versionerne 22H2 og 21H2 af Windows 10.

Efter udrulningen af KB5028244 eller senere opdateringer har brugere rapporteret, at de oplever anmodninger om installation, når de starter DSM, der er udrullet via ClickOnce. Problemet opstod som følge af en opdatering udgivet den 25. juli 2023 og har medført, at ClickOnce-apps, der allerede var installeret og markeret som &quot;pålidelige&quot;, gentagne gange anmoder om installation, når de startes.

For at håndtere dette problem har Microsoft givet en midlertidig løsning: Brugere, der påvirkes af dette ClickOnce-app-problem, rådes til at afinstallere den berørte applikation og derefter geninstallere den.

  Vi oplever i øjeblikket at flere har problemer med at login efter Windows Update på jeres Pc&#039;er.
Det skyldes nye sikkerhedsindstillinger på jeres Pcer.

  OBS - der er fejl i udsendte HQ prisfiler - hvis I ikke allerede har indlæst prisfilerne, så slet dem. Der kommer en rettelse senere..</p>

  Der nu er en ny prisfil HQ31 - der er klar til indlæsning..</p>

  Efter en stor indsats af vores support, er HQ priserne ved at være på plads. 

For nogle kunder kan der være en prisfil HQ32  - denne er vigtig at få indlæst hurtigst muligt..</p>

  <title>RDP forbindelse virker ikke er fixet </title>

  Problemet med RDP forbindelsen er løst

Fejl: Flere brugere oplevede ikke blive smidt af fjernskrivebordet. Ved nyt forsøg på login kunne de ikke logge ind igen på fjernskrivebordet

Fix: Serveren som havde med Certefikatet at gøre skulle genstartes. Herefter kunne kunne logge på fjernskrivebordet igen.

login virker igen. Hvis problemet mod forventning ikke er løst bedes du ringe til supporten som sidder klar til at hjælpe .</p>
